Generate and Print QR Codes for Equipment
Background
You can generate A Quick Response Code (QR Code or QRC) is a two-dimensional, matrix-style barcode label that can be read by an optical reader and contains information about the item to which it is affixed. In Procore, you can generate and print QR codes for different uses in the Procore web application and then read the codes from your mobile device using the Procore for iOS app.

QR Codes must be scanned with QR reader for the Equipment tool in the Procore mobile app:
Steps
Print a Single QR Code
Bulk Print QR Codes
Print a Single QR Code
Navigate to the company or project's Equipment tool.
Hover over the equipment record and click the QR code
icon.Select the 'Page Size' and 'Format Options' and click Print.
OR
To download a CSV and create your QR codes outside of Procore, click Download CSV.
Bulk Print QR Codes
Navigate to the company or project's Equipment tool.
Mark the checkboxes for the equipment records you want to generate QR codes for.
Click Print QR Code.
Select the 'Page Size' and 'Format Options' and click Print.
