Delete a Project Level Form

• Required User Permissions:

  • To delete any form: 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Forms tool.
    Note: This includes a form you create.

• Additional Information:

  • Deleted forms are moved to the Recycle Bin on the project's Forms tool. See Retrieve a Project Level Form from the Recycle Bin.

Delete a Form from the Forms List View

1. Navigate to the project's Forms tool.

2. Click Open next to the form you want to delete.
   This opens the form in a document viewer.

3. Click the icon.

4. In the 'Confirm Deletion' window, click Delete.

1. Navigate to the project's Forms tool.

2. Click Info next to the form you want to delete.

3. Click Delete.

4. In the confirmation window, click OK.
