Indicate Your Intention to Bid from your Free Procore Account

When a general contractor invites you to bid, you likely won't have an immediate estimate. In the meantime, it’s important to confirm your intent to bid while you gather project details. To streamline this, Procore provides free accounts for collaborators, allowing you to manage bids, access project documents, and update your business profile all in one place. How can I tell if I have a free or paid Procore company account?

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Member' level permissions or higher for the Bid Board tool.

• Additional Information:

  • If you submit a bid, your intention to bid is automatically updated.

• The Procore project owner must invite your company to bid on the project.

There are two ways you can indicate your intention to bid on a project:

• From the Invitation Email

• From the Bid Room tool in Procore

From the Invitation Email

1. Open the bid invitation email.

2. If prompted, sign the non-disclosure agreement. See Sign an NDA for a Bid Package.

3. Click Yes or No under 'Let [Name of Company that invited you] know if you intend to bid on this project'.
   
   

   

You have indicated an intent to bid on the package and can access the bid form by logging in.

From the Bid Board

1. From the Invitation to Bid email, click View in Procore to log in and view the bid form. Continue to step 6.
   Note: If this is your first Procore bid invitation, you will be prompted to create a password for your account using your email address as the login.
   
   OR

2. Go to https://app.procore.com or https://login.procore.com.

3. Enter your Procore login credentials.

4. Navigate to the Bid Board tool.

5. Select the relevant bid package.

6. If prompted, sign the non-disclosure agreement. See Sign an NDA for a Bid Package.

7. If you're not automatically redirected, navigate to the company's Bid Board tool.

8. Click on the bid package.

9. In the banner, click Will Bid or Will Not Bid.
