View Materials Attachments

When managing materials, you can upload attachments such as photos of received goods, or documents, such as packing slips, to different material documents in Procore. You can also upload photos to the material parts themselves to show an image of the part.

• Required User Permissions

• When viewing an attachments for a part, the most recent photo attachment (PNGs, JPGs, JPEGs, GIFs) is displayed as the main image for the part.

• Upload Attachments to Materials

View Attachments to Shipments, Receipts, UOSD/Defects, Transfers, and Issuing Documents

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Control tab.

3. Click the Shipments, Receipts, UOSD/Defects, Transfers, Inventory or Issuing sub tab.

4. Click the document number.

5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Attachments tab.
   

View Attachments to Parts

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Control tab.

3. Click the Inventory sub tab.

4. Optional: Search Materials Inventory

5. Click the material name of the material.

6. The most recent attachment is the primary photo for the part.

7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Attachments tab to see other photos and attachments.
