Export a Contract in Portfolio Financials

Background

While you can view a contract in the Contract tab of Portfolio Financials, you can also export a copy of it to a PDF, DOCX, or XML file for your records.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:

    • 'Vendor' access to the project or higher.
      Note: Users can only export a contract that they have access to.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the relevant Contract Room by clicking the name of the cost item in the project's Cost Tracker.
    Note: Cost items with a Contract Room are marked with a ribbon icon-ribbon-pfcp.png icon.

  2. The Contract Room automatically opens to the Contract tab.

  3. Click the vertical ellipsis icon-ellipsis-vertical.png icon.

  4. Select one of the options below to specify which file type you want to export the contract to:

    • Contract PDF

    • Contract Docx

    • Contract XML
