Remove a Bidder from a Bid Room in Portfolio Financials

If you have already invited bidders to a Bid Room and want to remove a particular bidder, you can remove them from the Bid Room.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Limited' access to the project or higher.
    Note: Users with 'Limited' access must be on the Bid Room Team for the project.

• Additional Information:

  • If you remove a vendor from the bid, they will not be notified.

  • If you only need to remove a particular contact from the Bid Room, see Remove Bidder Contacts from a Bid Room in Portfolio Financials.

1. Navigate to the relevant Bid Room.

2. Click the Manage Bids tab.

3. Click the vertical ellipsis icon on the vendor's card.

4. Click Remove.
   

5. Click Yes, I'm Sure to confirm.
