Enable User Access for Project Map (Beta)

To view and access the Project Map, you will need to work with a Project Admin to enable the 'Maps' beta tool on a project level permissions templates.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Admin' level permissions on the company level Permissions tool.

1. Navigate to the company level Permissions tool.

2. Click the Company Permissions Templates tab.

3. Next to the permissions template, click Actions and select 'Edit Template'.

4. Find the Maps Beta permission and select the button under one of the following columns:

   • Read Only, Standard or Admin. Any of these will allow access to the Project Map for the user.
     There is no difference between any of the above options.

   • None. The user will not have have access to Project Map.

5. Click Save.
