Manage Project Notes from the Project Overview

Company Administrators can enable the Project Overview beta in Procore Explore. (US 2 | UK)

Background

The Project Overview gives users access to important project information in one place.

The project notes display on the Projects tab in the company’s Portfolio tool and are visible to all Procore users with permissions to the project.

Things to Consider

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Project Overview.

    • Navigate to the project's Home to be redirected to the Project Overview.

    • Click Menu and select Project Overview.

  2. In the 'Project Information' section, click Notes.

    • Add Notes

      1. Enter the note.

      2. Click Post Note.

    • Edit Notes

      1. Click the vertical ellipsis Icon Vertical Ellipsis next to the note and click Edit Note.

      2. Update the note.

      3. Click Save.

    • Delete Notes

      • Click the vertical ellipsis Icon Vertical Ellipsis next to the note and click Delete Note.

      • Click Delete to confirm.
