About the Project Overview Screen (iOS)

Things to Consider

Required User Permissions:
- 'Read Only' or higher level permissions on one or more project tools.
Additional Information:
- You can only configure the tools that you have access to on the project.

Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.
Navigate to the project you want to configure or view. See Navigate to a Different Project (iOS).
Choose from the following tasks and sub-tasks:

Search: Search for items within a project.
Bookmarks: Click on an item in the Bookmarks section.
- Add and Manage Bookmarks.
- Show or hide 'Bookmarks'.
Recent Drawings: Click on a drawing in the Recent Drawings section.
- View Recent Drawings from the Project Overview Screen.
- Show or hide 'Recent Drawings'.
My Tools: Click on a tool in the My Tools section or search for it using Search Tools.
- Some tools allow you to Quick Create Items without fully opening the tool.
- Configure the Tool Order for a Project.
- Swipe down in this 'My Tools' section to refresh the data. For example, swipe down to apply changes you made to user permissions.
Project settings: Manage notification settings for the project with Manage Project Settings.
Screen preferences: Configure Project Overview Screen Preferences.
Bottom toolbar:
- Tools: Return to the project's list of tools on the Project Overview page if you've navigated away.
- Drawings: Open your list of drawings without clicking on the Drawing tool thumbnail.
- Create: Quickly create certain outputs such as a punch item or notes log without clicking on the needed tool.
- Camera: Quickly open the Camera tool to take a photo or navigate to your photos.
- Conversations: Quickly open your direct messages.
