Summarize RFIs with Assist

Summarizing RFIs with Assist allows you to quickly generate and view AI-powered summaries of your RFI directly on the RFI page. These summaries include the revision history, responses, and attachment information. This helps you save time, reduce manual review, and make faster, more confident decisions.

• You must Enable Assist to access this feature.

1. Navigate to the RFI tool for your project.

2. Click the RFI you want to review. 

3. Find the Assist Actions button.

4. Click Summarize this RFI.
   The Assist sidepanel opens, automatically generating a summary of the RFI.

5. The summary will include:

   • Key details and status of the RFI

   • Revision history

   • Responses from stakeholders

   • Attachment information
