Export a Submittal

Export submittal records to combine cover sheets, review stamps, product specifications, drawings, and other reference materials into a single PDF or ZIP file. Reorder attachments prior to export to generate a clean, consolidated package without using third-party PDF editing software.

• Additional Information:

  • Select up to forty (40) file attachments to export in a single PDF.

  • To export multiple submittal items and their attachments together in a single consolidated document, export a submittal package.

1. Navigate to the project's Submittals tool.

2. Locate the desired submittal and click View.

3. Click Export.

4. Choose one of the following options:

   • Select PDF to generate a PDF summary of the submittal cover sheet in a new browser tab.

   • Select Zip to combine submittal attachments:

     • Mark the checkboxes next to individual files, or mark the Attachments checkbox to select all files (up to 40 attachments).

     • Reorder files by dragging the vertical grip vertical grip (⋮⋮) icon.

     • Click Single PDF or .zip.
