Create Equipment from a T&M Ticket (iOS)

Things to Consier

  • Required User Permissions:

    • 'Standard' level permissions or higher on the project's T&M Tickets tool.

Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Navigate to the T&M Tickets tool using an iOS mobile device.

  2. Initiate or edit the T&M ticket.

    • Tap the create Icon Plus Quick Create Mobile2 icon to add Equipment to a new T&M Ticket.

    • If you want to add Equipment to an existing ticket, tap Edit on the T&M Ticket you want to add Equipment to.Note: Editing a T&M ticket that has been approved will remove the approval signature, and the ticket will need to be approved again.

  3. In the 'Equipment' section, tap the Quantities drop-down menu.

  4. Tap the Equipment drop-down menu.

  5. Tap Create.

  6. Enter the Equipment ID.

  7. Tap Create.
