Download an Analytics Report

You can download an out-of-the-box Analytics report to use the report as is, view and edit the report, or upload it to the Power BI service or desktop. You can also download a report when you need to upload an updated Analytics report to replace an existing version in your Power BI Workspace.

• Required User Permissions

1. Navigate to the Company level Analytics tool.

2. Click the PowerBI Reports tab.
   

3. (Optional) Locate your desired report(s) using any of the following options:

   • Search for a Report: Enter a keyword into the Search bar to filter reports by name or description.

   • Filter by Category:

     • Click the All Categories drop-down list and select one or more categories. For example, select Project Execution.

   • Switch View: Click the Grid or Table toggle in the reports library to change the visual layout.

4. Select and download your out-of-the-box Analytics report(s):

   • To download a single report: Click the download icon on the report card or row.

   • To download multiple reports:

     1. Mark the checkbox on each report card or row.

     2. Click Download in the action bar.
