When you add a Company as a Bidder, every user on that companies user list will have access to view the bid. See Add a User to a Company in the Company Directory.
If a non-disclosure agreement is required, an email will be sent with a link to sign the NDA. Once signed, bid recipients will automatically receive the bid package and an invitation to bid.
You can choose to invite companies as you add them to your bid form. See Add Bidders to a Bid Form.
Assign a bid recipient to each company before sending invitations. If a company lacks a designated recipient, they will not receive an invitation to bid email. See Set Bidder Information for a Company in the Company Directory.
If no recipient is assigned, the bid will only be visible to the bidding company's users via the Planroom or Bid Board tools.
Navigate to the project's Bidding tool.
Click the name of the relevant bid package.
Select a method to invite bidders:
Click the Invite dropdown menu.
Select All Outstanding Bidders or Resend Invitations.
OR
When there are outstanding bidders, a banner will appear.
Click Invite to send invitations to all outstanding bidders.
Click the Invite button next to the company in the 'Bid Status' column.
Click Send.
