Upload Bid Documents to the Documents Tool

Background

When creating a bid package, attach the files, subfolders, or entire folders from the Documents tool that contain your drawings, specifications, instructions, and addendums. Attaching a folder automatically includes all of its subfolders. It's recommended to organize your document folders by matching your folder structure to your bidding strategy, especially if you are creating multiple trade-specific packages.

Things to Consider

 Important

Bid packages containing more than 100,000 files may lead to degraded application performance.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Documents tool.

  2. Determine how you want to organize the bid documents.

  3. Create a Folder and/or subfolders accordingly. Below is an example folder structure:
