Elevate a Coordination Issue to an RFI

Durante a fase de coordenação de um projeto, conflitos e outros problemas de construção são frequentemente identificados e rastreados como problemas de coordenação. Isso permite que as equipes de projeto colaborem e resolvam conflitos de design de forma informal e eficiente. É uma maneira eficaz de gerenciar a comunicação diária de ida e volta necessária para refinar o modelo de construção.

No entanto, algumas questões não podem ser resolvidas informalmente ou podem exigir uma resposta formal e contratual de um membro da equipe de design ou outro parte interessada chave. Quando um problema de coordenação requer uma pergunta e resposta oficial e documentada, ele deve ser elevado a um Pedido de Informação ( RFI ). Isso garante que a consulta seja formalmente rastreada na ferramenta RFIs do projeto e que a resposta se torne parte do registro oficial do projeto, fornecendo os esclarecimentos necessários que podem afetar o custo, o cronograma ou o escopo.

O status do problema é atualizado automaticamente com base no andamento do RFI:

• Elevado: o status do problema muda para "Elevado" assim que ele é vinculado a um RFI. O status será revertido para Elevado se o RFI for reaberto sem uma resposta "Oficial".

• Liberado: o status muda para "Liberado" depois que alguém adiciona uma resposta "Oficial" ao RFI. O status permanecerá Liberado se o RFI for reaberto assim que a resposta "Oficial" for registrada.

Follow these steps to elevate an issue to a new or existing RFI.

1. Navigate to the project's Coordination Issues tool.

2. Click the Issue link to open it in the Issue [#] panel.

Elevate to RFI

1. Click the icon and choose Elevate to RFI > Elevate to New RFI.

2. In the New RFI panel, complete the required fields and add optional information as needed.

3. Click Create Draft.
   A confirmation banner appears with a link to the draft. An 'Admin' on the RFIs tool must set the RFI's status to Open to start the workflow. You cannot close or re-elevate the original issue until the new RFI is closed.

Elevate to Existing RFI

1. Click the icon and choose Elevate to RFI > Elevate to Existing RFI.

2. In the Select an RFI panel, search for the RFI by number or subject.

3. Click the desired RFI in the list.

4. Click Elevate to this RFI.
