View Daily Logs in the Calendar View
Background
Use the Calendar tab in the Daily Log tool to view and manage daily log entries for specific dates. The calendar view provides a visual overview of all entries for a month. You can also view and manage daily logs for complete days directly from this view. The Calendar view helps you track the progress and status of activities over time.
You can view the Total Hours metric directly on each day in the calendar view. This provides project managers and field teams with an accurate, unified view of daily site labor directly from the calendar view. In addition, the Total Hours metric supports the Segments filter - viewing "All Segments" aggregates across all project segments, while selecting an individual segment displays hours specific to that segment. See Create and Manage Daily Log Segments.

You can see a breakdown of total hours at the jobsite for the given day. This provides an immediate, at-a-glance summary of total workforce hours across multiple daily log sources without needing to open individual logs. For example, you can see the breakdown of total hours for Manpower logs, Daily Construction Reports, or Timecards logs if all two or three sources exist on that day.
Note: If no hours are recorded across all three sources, the Total Hours metric is not available. A log type is only included in the daily total if it has more than zero (0) hours recorded.
