View Observations by Type

Navigate to the project's Observations tool.

Click the Grouped columns dropdown menu above the list view table.

Select Type from the dropdown list.

• Note: The list view table will automatically group all observations by their designated type (e.g., Quality, Safety, Commissioning).

Click the arrow icon next to a grouping name to expand or collapse the list of items within that type.

Optional: To remove the grouping, click the X inside the Grouped columns indicator.
