Set Up Procore AI Go

Background

Setting up Procore AI Go is a two-part process. First, a Procore administrator completes a few setup steps in Procore on the web and shares a download link with the team. Then each user installs the app with Apple TestFlight and logs in with their existing Procore credentials. If any setup step is missing, users see an access-denied screen after they log in.

Things to Consider

Prerequisites:

  • To complete the administrator steps, you must be a Company Administrator.

  • Your company must have a qualifying subscription: Digital Coworker Starter Pack, Digital Coworker Pro, or Digital Coworker Enterprise.

  • Procore AI must be enabled on at least one project. See Admin: Enable Procore AI

  • Each user needs a role of Admin, Member, or Agents Only on each project you want them to have Procore AI Go access to. Users set to None cannot use the app. See the ‘Project Settings’ section of Admin: Enable Procore AI.

Availability:

  • Procore AI Go is in Open Beta and available on iOS only, through Apple TestFlight. It is not available in the App Store or on Android.

  • Joining applies to your whole company account. You can’t limit the program to specific projects or users in Procore Explore.

  • Procore AI Go answers questions only about projects where your administrator has enabled Procore AI. Project and user access is controlled by Procore AI settings.

Steps

Join the Procore AI Go program and install the app on mobile devices. 

Join the Procore AI Go Program (Administrators)

  1. Navigate to the Company Admin tool in Procore.

  2. Select Procore Explore from the Company Settings list.

  3. If it hasn't been done yet, agree to the Procore Explore terms and conditions. See Manage Features with Procore Explore.

  4. Find Procore AI Go in the list of available features and click Details.

  5. Click Join Program.

  6. Click Accept & Join. The program's status changes from 'Available' to 'Joined.'

  7. Scroll down to ‘How to get started’ and copy the link address for Procore AI Go Beta. Share the link with the users who will use Procore AI Go.

Install Procore AI Go (Users)

Users do not receive an invitation from Procore or Apple. Your administrator shares a download link instead.

  1. Open the download link from your administrator on your iPhone. Note: If TestFlight isn't installed, tap View in App Store, install TestFlight, then return to the link.

  2. Tap View in TestFlight.

  3. In TestFlight, tap Accept, then tap Install.

  4. Open Procore AI Go and tap Log in with Procore.

  5. Log in with your existing Procore credentials.

  6. In TestFlight, turn on automatic updates for Procore AI Go so new beta versions install without a manual step.

⚠ Access denied after logging in? If you see an access-denied screen after you log in, ask your Procore administrator to confirm that all setup steps are complete.
