About Procore AI

Procore AI assists with information retrieval and task automation across the Procore platform. This AI solution takes your Procore system of record and turns it into a system of action.

Our AI is available for purchase in two formats:

1. Procore AI - A conversational AI companion built directly into the Procoreside panel to retrieve project data and deploy agents you select or build. It's integrated into your project workspace and capable of considering page context in its responses.

   • Procore is starting a limited availability rollout in April 2026. Each cohort is comprised of participating accounts with executed supplemental Datagrid agreements.
     Note: Features, logic, and access to this limited availability program are subject to change; Procore provides no guarantee of future general availability for any components.

   • Includes a monthly allotment of starter credits and a teamspace in the Datagrid standalone product, at the Datagrid Pro tier, with an optional upgrade to Datagrid Enterprise via Datagrid sales.

2. Datagrid - In addition to AI data retrieval and agent deployment, the Datagrid standalone product helps you conduct cross-project analysis and use 'pages' to collaborate and pin key AI insights. With the Enterprise version, Admin have additional features such as building global templates for agents and viewing credit metrics.

   • Available for purchase by all organizations, including Procore customers.

If you participated in our Assist and Agent Builder betas, you may be curious about the difference between those legacy products and Datagrid AI.

Each interaction with Procore AI consumes credits, as does indexing and syncing project data. Participating Procore accounts in a release cohort receive a monthly pool of starter credits. Apply this credit allotment toward indexing a project and deploying conversational or agentic functionality. For more credits, contact your sales representative to review your options.

Functionality available with Procore AI and Datagrid is determined by your organization’s subscription tier:

• Digital Coworker Pro - Equips your team with AI search and agentic actions capable of creating objects and taking actions in both Datagrid AI in Procore and Datagrid Standalone.

• Digital Coworker Enterprise - Designed for organizations requiring Pro features plus multi-media intelligence and advanced governance and oversight of their AI ecosystem. Learn more about the tier differences.

Once your account is part of a rollout cohort, you can purchase Procore AI by signing a supplemental service agreement. Once it's provisioned to your Procore account, you also get a company teamspace in the Datagrid standalone product.

In the Company Admin tool in Procore, a Company Admin can enable your preferred level of Procore AI access:

• General Access: Company-wide access to conversational AI, allowing all users to click onProcore AI in the side panel for immediate product support. For example, ask How do I give a subcontractor access to view drawings?

• Project Data Access: Choose which projects to index to unlock powerful project data search and agentic capabilities accessible from the same side panel, such as the following:

  • What discussed ductwork routing changes haven't been initiated as a Change Event yet?

  • Look at my master schedule in Primavera P6 and compare to actual progress in Procore. Highlight any critical path delays and draft an email about that to the Owner. After I review it, please send it to them.

Procore AI strictly adheres to your existing Procore permissions. To get the expected results, a user interacting with Procore AI must have the necessary permissions in all tools involved in the task. For example, if you lack permission to view an RFI, an AI agent will not provide information about that RFI or attempt to modify the RFI, even if you created the AI agent.

• Product boundaries:

  • Languages and localization for both AI platforms: Our AI user interfaces are in English and use United States construction terminology at this time. The AI can understand and respond in most European and Asian languages, though its results are best in English.

  • Admin configurations determine what Procore AI can do:

    • With only General Access turned on: The AI cannot modify, create, or take actions in Procore or other applications, such as sending an email.

    • With Project Data Access turned on and a project indexed: The AI can modify, create, or take actions in Procore or other applications, such as sending an email, but the AI asks for confirmation from the user before creating, modifying, or sending items.

• User responsibilities:

  • Credit consumption: Credits are used for all AI questions, agent tasks, and background AI work (like syncing data and Learning projects). Learn more about AI credits.

  • Validation: AI can make mistakes. Always check all AI work, results, and answers against your own records to ensure accuracy.
