Manage Project Links from the Project Overview

Company Administrators can enable the Project Overview beta in Procore Explore. (US 2 | UK)

Note: The Project Overview is generally available for customers who joined Procore after May 2024.

Background

The Project Overview gives users access to important project information in one place.

You can add and manage links on the Project Overview and link users to resources such as company websites, webcams, industry resources, or any other website that may provide helpful information for users working on the project.

Things to Consider

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Project Overview.

    • Navigate to the project's Home to be redirected to the Project Overview.

    • Click Menu and select Project Overview.

  2. In the 'Project Links' section, click the vertical ellipsis Icon Vertical Ellipsis and select Edit Project Links.

  3. Manage links.

    • Add a Link

      1. If needed, scroll to the bottom, then click Add Link.

      2. Enter the name and URL.

    • Edit a Link

      1. Click the link's name or URL and edit the information.

    • Delete a Link

      1. Click the vertical ellipsis Icon Vertical Ellipsis and select Edit Project Links.

      2. Next to the link, click the delete Icon Delete Trash6 icon.

    • Reorder Links

      1. Click and hold the grip Icon Reorder Grip icon next to the link, then drag it to your desired location.

  4. Click Submit to save.
