Punch List (Android)

'Standard' level users can create punch list items, they cannot assign a punch list item unless they have been granted special permission to act as the Punch Item Manager.

'Standard' level users can view all responses, but can only update their response if they are listed as an assignee on the punch list item.

This action can be performed offline. Tasks performed offline will be synced with Procore once a network connection has been reestablished.

'Standard' level users can edit punch list items that they have created if the item's status is in 'Draft,' or 'In Dispute.'

'Standard' level users who have been granted permission to act as Punch Item Manager can edit items in which they are listed as the Punch Item Manager, except when the item's status is 'Draft'.
Note: A 'Standard' user must be added to the 'Standard permission users who can act as a Punch Item Manager' section of the Punch List tool's configure settings in order to be selected as a Punch Item Manager.

This item can be viewed or edited offline provided that the item was previously viewed and cached on your mobile device.

'Respond to Punch List Items Assigned to Users Within Same Company'

'Standard' and 'Read Only' users can only view these items after they have been sent to the Assignee.

• The item's creator.

• An assignee on the punch list item.

• A member of the item’s distribution list.

• Listed as the item's Punch Item Manager.
