Model Manager, Procore’s next-generation replacement for the Models tool, officially launches in General Availability across the UK and Ireland (UKI) on October 13, 2026, alongside a global Beta for all other regions. Procore Mobile App (iOS/Android) support is also live in Beta as Procore continues to transform 3D model workflows. Stay tuned for additional features in future releases.

Model Manager Beta: Access & Guidelines

  • Registration: Participating companies must sign the Procore Beta Agreement. Once signed, your Procore Administrator will coordinate with your Procore point of contact to enable Model Manager on specific projects. It is not available in Procore Explore.

Background

Yes. The Next-Gen Viewer supports all standard SpaceMouse® 3D mice from 3Dconnexion, allowing teams to perform fluid, 6-Degrees-of-Freedom (6DoF) navigation. Using a SpaceMouse alongside a standard mouse enables a two-handed workflow to simultaneously orbit, pan, and zoom through complex models while selecting elements and reviewing properties.

The Next-Gen Viewer supports the SpaceMouse in these Procore project tools:

  • Model Manager

  • Document Management

To use a 3Dconnexion SpaceMouse® with the Next-Gen Viewer, you must first enable it in the viewer's Settings. Once enabled, this action connects the viewer to your local 3Dconnexion service, without requiring additional browser extensions. For details, see Connect a SpaceMouse to the Next-Gen Viewer.
