Why is there a Yellow Icon next to a Cost Code in my Estimate?

When you add items to an estimate from a cost catalog, Procore helps you quickly identify whether the associated cost codes match your existing company WBS codes. This feature ensures you can continue your estimating process without interruption, even if you use codes that are not yet part of your standard Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

• Yellow Icon: This appears when a cost code from a catalog item does not match the cost codes manually created in your company's Work Breakdown Structure.

• Gray Icon: This appears when the cost code is already verified and exists within your company settings.

• You can still use catalog items with yellow icons to complete your estimating. The icon serves as a visual indicator for your reference but does not prevent you from adding the item or materials to your estimate.
