Filter

Steps

  1. Navigate to the tool's map.

  2. If using the Project Map, select a tool in the Project Items section. For example, Inspections or Punch List.

  3. Click the List Icon List View Mobile icon and select one of the following to view the selected tool items.
    All, Mapped, or Unmapped

  4. Click theIcon Filter WfpFilter icon.
    The Filter section displays relevant fields for each tool.

    • To filter map by area:

      1. Click Map Filter on the map.
        The map supports the following persisted map filters:

        • In View: Select this filter to only see items in the current map area.

        • In Geofence: Select this filter to see items within a geofence. Click to draw your geofence boundaries. Ensure the final click meets the first click to create an enclosed area.
          Note: When you refresh the browser or navigate away and return, the map automatically re-centers and zooms back to the exact area and filters you were using, instead of resetting to the default view. 

    • To filter items on the Map:

      1. If using the Project Map, select a tool from the Project Items section on the left pane.

      2. ClickIcon Filter2Filter icon.

      3. Select the relevant filter to see matching items. Show/Hide Details

        • Assets (Project)

          • Status. Select the asset status.

          • Type. Select the asset type.

        • Equipment (Company)

          • Status. Select the equipment status.

          • Type. Select the equipment type.

          • Make. Select the equipment make.

          • Model. Select the equipment model.

          • Year. Select the year the equipment was manufactured.

          • Ownership. Select whether the equipment is owned, rented, or subcontracted.

        • Incidents

          • Status. Select the item's status.

          • Date Created. Select a date.

        • Inspections and Observations

          • Status. Select the item's status.

          • Assignee. Select the item's assignee.

          • Type. Select the item's type.

          • Due Date. Select a due date range for the item.

          • Inspection Date: Applicable only to the Inspections tool. This field indicates which inspection was done.

          • Date Created: Applicable only to the Observations tool. This field indicates what was created.
            Note: The Inspection Date and Date Created filters show the exact values displayed in the Details Card on the Map pane. See View Items on the Map.

        • Photos

          • Taken On. Select the date range a photo was taken.

          • Uploaded on. Select the date range a photo was uploaded.

          • Uploaded by. Select the user who uploaded the photo.

          • Trade. Select the trade assigned to the photo.

        • Punch List

          • Status. Select the item's status.

          • Due Date. Select a due date range for the item.

          • Ball in Court. Select the person currently responsible for the punch item.

          • Type. Select the punch item type. To filter by map area, click Map Filter.

          • Date Created: Applicable only to the Punch List tool. This field indicates what was created.
            The Date Created filter shows the exact values displayed in the Details Card on the Map pane. See View Items on the Map.
