注意事项
No change to the Submittal creation process.
Submittals will only sync after they after distributed.
If a submittal is closed without being distributed, it will not sync to the downstream company.
All synced submittals are read-only records. You cannot edit the General Information or Distribution Summary of an external item within your project.
The system continuously monitors the upstream project, ensuring that any re-distributions, status changes, or new revisions are reflected in your downstream project immediately.
When you create a new revision for a distributed submittal, the downstream version automatically moves to an 'Outdated' status. To ensure the team uses the correct information, a warning banner appears in the Submittal Detail view to alert downstream users that they are viewing an old version.
When the revision is distributed from the upstream account, the revision will sync to the downstream project. The downstream project will not receive the revision while it is in progress, they will only see it after it is distributed.
Procore only syncs Submittals where a member of your company is listed as a Submittal Manager, Submitter, Approver or is on the Distribution list
Not currently supported:
Syncing of Open or Draft submittals.
Mobile access to External Submittals.
External Submittals are not yet compatible with Procore's 360 Reporting.
Any data already synced to your project cannot be deleted, even if the connection is later severed.
Project connections can only be initiated by the downstream project.
Connections can only be made with ‘active’ projects. Inactive projects are not supported.
GovCloud accounts will not be able to participate in a project connection.
If projects are disconnected, they cannot be reconnected.
If projects are disconnected, the downstream project can not connect to a new upstream project.
