Search and Filter Company Assets

• Required User Permissions

• Search is not case-sensitive.

• Filter Logic:

  • "AND" Logic: When you apply filters across different fields (e.g., Type = "HVAC" and Status = "Active"), the system will show only assets that match all conditions.

  • "OR" Logic: When you select multiple values within a single field (e.g., Status = "Active" OR "Planned"), the system will show assets that match any of those values.

Search

1. Navigate to the Company level Assets tool.

2. Enter a keyword into the search box.

3. Search returns results for data within all standard and custom fields.

Filter

1. Navigate to the Company level Assets tool.

2. Click Filters .

3. Select to filter by the following fields:

   • Include Asset Subtype

   • Location

   • Parent Asset

   • Status

   • Trade (company and project level)

   • Type

   • Click Add Filter to add additional filters:

     • Created At

       • Select a date range.

     • [Custom Fields]

     • Incidents

       • Select Exists or Does Not Exist.

     • Inspection Items

       • Select Exists or Does Not Exist.

     • Inspections

       • Select Exists or Does Not Exist.

     • Modified At

       • Select a date range.

     • Observations

       • Select Exists or Does Not Exist.

     • Punch List

       • Select Exists or Does Not Exist.

     • RFIs

       • Select Exists or Does Not Exist.

     • Submittals

       • Select Exists or Does Not Exist.
