Add Phone Calls Entries (iOS)

Things to Consider

Steps

  1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device and select a project.
    Note: This loads the Tools screen for the project.

  2. Tap the date you want to create a new entry for.

  3. Do one of the following:

    • Tap the quick createIcon Plus Quick Create Mobile2icon and select Call Log.

    • Tap the Daily Log tool and tap Phone Calls. Then tap the createIcon Plus Quick Create Mobile2icon.

  4. Tap into the following fields to enter information:

    • Call From: Select or enter the name of the person who called.

      • If the person has a user profile in the project, tap the name of the person to add them to the entry.
        OR
        If the person is not listed:

        1. Type the name of the person.

        2. Tap the Use search text... link to add the contact's name to the entry.

    • Call To: Select or enter the name of the person who received the call.

      • If the person has a user profile in the project, tap the name of the person to add them to the entry.
        OR
        If the person is not listed:

        1. Type the name of the person.

        2. Tap the Use search text... link to add the contact's name to the entry.

    • Start Time: Select the hours and minutes from the menus.

    • End Time: Select the hours and minutes from the menus.

  5. Tap Create.

 Tip
  1. Click Fix Errors to navigate to the first empty required field (if the required fields are empty or blank).

  2. Click Next Field or Previous Field to view other empty fields. Once all required fields are filled, you are able to create or save the form.
