Enable Yardi Job Cost Transaction Syncing on a Procore Project
Background
Enabling job cost transaction syncing ensures that your project financial data remains accurate and consistent across both platforms. Instead of manually exporting and importing accounting records, turning on this feature automates the data flow, which reduces transaction processing errors and eliminates manual cross-referencing. This gives your project team a real-time, comprehensive view of job costs directly within Procore, allowing for more precise budget tracking and financial forecasting.

Required User Permissions on the project's Admin tool.

Budger Views: If you previously completed the steps described in Add the 'ERP Direct Costs' Column to a Procore Budget View for ERP Integrations, you must remove both the existing 'ERP Direct Costs' calculated column and the 'ERP Job to Date Costs' source column.
After removing these columns, add the recommended columns for job cost transaction syncing to your budget view. For instructions, see Add Columns to a Budget View for ERP Job Cost Transaction Detail.
Steps
Navigate to the project's Admin tool.
Under 'Project Settings', click General.
Scroll to the ERP Integration section.
Mark the checkbox to Enable ERP Job Cost Transaction Syncing.
Click Update.
