Simplified Invoicing
This feature is currently in open beta and is available to Procore customers by opting into the Simplified Invoicing Open Beta through Procore Explore.
Simplified Invoicing helps suppliers, consultants, and service providers bill more frequently than once a month. Unlike traditional monthly progress billing tied to a fixed scope of work, it streamlines invoicing for contracts that do not need progress billing or stored materials tracking. You can edit any unapproved or unsynced invoice without deleting later ones, and it includes a simplified Schedule of Values (SOV) view with a clean PDF export.
Things to Consider:
Required User Permissions:
'Admin' level permissions on the project's Commitments tool to enable the invoicing method on a contract.
'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Commitments tool to create invoices.
Additional Information:
You cannot change the invoicing method for commitments with existing invoices.
Simplified Invoicing does not support stored materials.
