Search and Filter Requirements

Search

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Requirements tab.

3. Click Summary to view shipments or Line Items to view line items listed in shipments.
   

4. Click the search bar and enter your keywords to search one of the following fields:

   • Summary

     • Requirements

     • Description

   • Line Items

     • Requirements

     • Item Name

     • Description

Filter

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Requirements tab.

3. Click Summary to view shipment or Line Items to view line items listed in requirements.
   

4. Click the filter icon.

5. Select to filter by the following fields:

   • Summary

     • Date Required On Site

     • Materials Requirements

     • Scope Start Date

     • Status

   • Line Items

     • Date Required On Site

     • Labels

     • Materials Requirements

     • Status

6. To clear filters, click the 'x' on the individual filter or click Clear All.
