View Open Items from the Project Overview

Review open items, such as submittals, RFIs, and inspections. Click any item to view its details or move the item along in the workflow.

• Required User Permissions

• You can only see open items for tools you have access to.

1. Navigate to the Project Overview.

   • Navigate to the project's Home to be redirected to the Project Overview.

   • Click Menu and select Project Overview.

2. Locate the 'Open Items' sections.

   • My Open Items

     • Select the Item Type to filter open items by type.

     • Select Due Date to see items open by date range.

     • Click an item's title to go to the item's details in the relevant tool.

   • All Open Items

     • Optional: Click 'Refresh' to refresh your All Open Items list to include recently added items if the 'Last updated' time stamp indicated the list has not yet been refreshed.
