Background
The Procore Permissions tool helps you manage user access. You can create templates to give specific roles permission to different Procore tools.
The Resource Planning tool has it's own set of permissions templates that give access to specific actions within the Resource Planning tool. There are four standard permissions templates in Resource Planning. You can use or edit these permission templates, or create your own based on the available granular permissions. See What granular permissions are available for the company's Resource Planning tool?
Important
To access the Resource Planning tool, users must also have 'Read Only' level permissions or higher to the Resource Planning tool. This is set by creating and applying a permission template in Procore's Permissions tool:
