Procore Model Manager - Beta Access & Feedback

The Model Manager (Beta) features and documentation are subject to change without notice during the course of development. (Note: At the launch of the Beta, only 'Admin' level permissions are available. Additional permissions will be phased in during the beta lifecycle).

To access the beta and provide feedback Show/Hide Details

  • How to Access: Participating companies must sign the Procore Beta Agreement. Once signed, your Procore Administrator coordinates with your Procore point of contact to enable Model Manager (Beta) on specific Procore projects.

  • How to Provide Feedback: Contact your dedicated Beta program lead.

  • Support: To report issues, please contact your Procore point of contact, Beta program lead, or submit a ticket to Procore Customer Support.

  • Early Access Documentation: Developing software moves fast. If the interface looks different than this guide, a new update is likely rolled out, and we are working on updates.

Procore is developing Model Manager (Beta), our next generation solution, with General Availability targeted later this year. This tool will eventually replace the Models tool and fundamentally change how you interact with your models and project data.

Model Manager (Beta)

A centralized, web-based hub to Federate, Condition, Coordinate, Connect, and View model data, ensuring the model is usable for every stakeholder across the project lifecycle.

The Future of Procore Data Workflows

Model Manager (Beta) represents the next generation of Procore's strategy to redefine how project data flows:
  • Connected BIM: A core pillar of our roadmap designed to bridge the gap between static models and live project execution. Once fully realized, Connected BIM will enable a continuous information loop by integrating Procore project data directly into 3D models. This will allow for model-based progress tracking and real-time status updates, ensuring seamless alignment from preconstruction through to closeout.

  • Common Data Environment (CDE). Procore is actively building the foundational data layer powering Procore BIM 2.0. By evolving Document Management into your project's central hub, Procore is creating a future where drawings, models, and data are unified into a single, fully connected, compliant space for all team members.
