Invite from the Procore Construction Network

 Limited Release

  • Company Admins can enable the Single Contractor View beta in Procore Explore.

  • This feature is currently available in English for customers in the United States and Canada.

  • To use PCN as a bidder source, set the Country field in the Project Admin tool to 'United States' or 'Canada' (excluding Quebec). PCN will not appear if this field is blank or set to any other country.

  1. Navigate to the project's Bidding tool.

  2. Click the name of the relevant bid package.

  3. Click the Bidding tab.

  4. Click the plus Icon Plus 2 icon on the same row as the bid form.

    1. Select Construction Network.
      OR

  5. Click the bid form name.

    1. Click the Bidders tab.

    2. Click Add Bidders.

    3. Select Construction Network.

  6. To narrow the list of companies, use the following search and filter tools: Show/Hide Details

    • Search: Search by vendor name, address, or company details.

    • Filter:

      1. Click the All Filters Icon Filter2 icon.

      2. Select one or more filters to apply:

        • Show Selected Only: Move the toggle ON Icon Toggle On to show your selected bidders.

        • Show Claimed Profiles Only: Move the toggle ON Icon Toggle On to filter by business profiles in the Procore Construction Network that have been claimed by a company contact.

        • Project Location: Enter city or zip code.

        • Search By Office Address Only: Move the toggle ON Icon Toggle On to only show companies that have offices within the area searched.

        • Trades: Select all trades that apply.

        • Business Classifications: Select all Business Classifications that apply.

        • Market Sector: Select all Market Sectors that apply.

        • Compass Q Score: Select all Compass Q Scores that apply.

        • Company Type: Select all Company Types that apply.

      3. To remove filters:

        • Click the x on an individual filter to clear it.

        • Click Clear All Filters to clear all filters.

  7. Optional: Click the Company name to view it's details.

  8. Mark the checkbox for the companies you want to add to the bid form.

  9. Decide when to invite bidders:

    • To add the bidders without sending an invitation, click Add Bidders.

    • To invite the bidders now:

      • Click Send Invitations.

      • Click Send Invitations to confirm sending the bid invitation email.
