Configure Your View for the Project Assets Tool

Company Administrators can enable the Assets beta in Procore Explore.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions

  • Each related items column displays the total number of items for that specific type, regardless of their status.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the company or project level Assets tool.

  2. Click to view assets from the List icon - list view, Map icon-map-view, or Model Cubeview.

  4. Configure your List view.

    • Column Data

      1. Click the table settings Icon Ag Grid Table Filter Menu icon to configure what data is displayed in the table.

      2. Move the toggles Icon Toggle On ON or Icon Toggle Off OFF to show or hide a column.

        Show/Hide Fields

        • Asset ID

        • Created At

        • Created By

        • Description

        • Incidents

        • Inspection Items

        • Last Modified

        • Latitude

        • Location

        • Longitude

        • Name

        • Observations

        • Parent Asset

        • Project (Company level only)

        • Punch List

        • RFIs

        • Schedule

        • Status

        • Submittals

        • Trade

        • Type

        • [Custom Fields]

    • Column Order

      1. Click and hold the column header. Then move it to the desired location using a drag and drop operation.

    • Column Sort

      1. Click the column. Click again to switch between ascending or descending order:

        • Icon Ag Grid Sort Ascending Ascending

        • Icon Ag Grid Sort Descending Descending

    • Pinning and Sizing

      1. Click the vertical ellipsis Icon Ellipsis Verticalfor the column. Then select from the following options:

        • Pin Column: Click to pin the column to a specific side or remove the pin.

          • Pin Left

          • Pin Right

          • No Pin

        • Autosize This Column: Click to automatically adjust the size of this column.

        • Autosize All Columns: Click to automatically adjust the size of all column.

        • Reset Columns: Click to reset the columns to the default settings.
