Edit Asset Statuses

Company Administrators can enable the Assets beta in Procore Explore.

Things to Consider

Tip

You can also bulk import assets to create new records or edit existing ones.

Steps

  • Edit Inline Asset Statuses

  • Bulk Edit Asset Status

Edit Inline Status

  1. Navigate to the company's Assets tool.

  2. Locate the asset.

  3. In the 'Status' column, click the status field for the asset.

  4. Select the status.

  5. Optional: Enter a note.

  6. Click Update.

Bulk Edit Statuses

  1. Navigate to the company's Assets tool.

  2. Mark the checkbox for each asset.

  3. Click the Status drop-down menu and select the new status.

  4. Optional: Enter a note.

  5. Click Update.
