Workers Under 40 Hours
This company-level Insights tool helps you see which workers submitted fewer than 40 hours in the last pay period, and by how much, across the portfolio. It provides a summary of affected workers, projects, and total hours. Teams can use this information to identify underutilized labor, rebalance crews, and plan worker reassignments more efficiently.
The Workers Under 40 Hours Insight shows the following:
A Quick Insight summary indicating how many workers, across how many projects, fell under 40 hours and the total hours involved.
A trend chart showing workers under 40 hours by pay period. The Predicted Gaps section highlights the trades most affected, such as Laborer, Carpenter, Ironworker, and Plumber.
A table listing the projects with workers under 40 hours in the last pay period, and each project expands to show the individual workers, their roles, hours submitted, and the size of the gap.
A view of all projects with workers under 40 hours. Click the View all project with workers under 40 hours link to open the Projects with workers under 40 hours screen. Click Go to Report to open the full report to plan reassignments and keep crews fully utilized.
