Invite or Reinvite a User to Join a Procore Project

• Required User Permissions

• After an invite is sent, Procore sends an automated Welcome Email to the invitee's email address. If the invitee does not log into Procore, an automated follow-up message is sent at 3, 7, and 17 days.

• If the user was previously invited to the project, the Re-invite button becomes available.

• The invitee must be added to the Project Directory. See Add a User Account to the Project Directory.

Invite or Re-invite a User to a Project

1. Navigate to the Project level Directory tool.

2. Click the Users tab.

3. Locate the desired user.

4. In the user's row, click Invite or Re-invite.
   OR
   Click the vertical ellipsis and select Invite or Re-invite.

Bulk Invite or Re-invite a User to a Project

1. Navigate to the Project level Directory tool.

2. Click the Users tab.

3. Mark the checkbox next to the user's name.

4. Click Bulk Actions and select Invite.
   OR
   Click Resend Invite.
