Allocate portions of a capital fund to specific projects to establish authorized spending ceilings before work begins. Distributing funds at the portfolio level gives project teams clear visibility into their available balances and prevents over-extending organizational resources. Tracking allocations across projects ensures accurate financial governance across your portfolio.
