What's the difference between an Asset Type and an Asset?

An Asset Type is the category or template (for example, "Chiller" or "Fire Pump").

An Asset is the individual physical unit on your project (for example, "Chiller-Roof-Unit-3" with its own serial number).

One Asset Type can have many individual Assets associated with it across your portfolio.
