Why did I receive a "Make This Correspondence Public?" prompt when creating or editing an item?

This confirmation modal acts as a security guardrail to prevent accidental disclosure of sensitive project information.

It appears when unchecking the Private checkbox on a correspondence item whose Correspondence Type has been set to Private by default by a project administrator.

• Click Make Public: Confirms that the item should be made visible to everyone with permissions to view the Correspondence tool.

• Click Cancel: Closes the prompt and keeps the item marked as Private.
