Periods for project status snapshots are currently in beta. To enable this feature, join the Budget: Periods on Project Status Snapshots beta program through Procore Explore.
Les utilisateurs ayant accès à l’outil Instantanés de statut de projet peuvent modifier le statut de n’importe quel instantané de statut de projet. Les changements de statut sont également reflétés dans l’outil Budget pour l’instantané correspondant. Ceci est utile aux équipes qui utilisent des instantanés pour leur processus officiel de révision du budget.
Autorisations utilisateur requises
Navigate to the Company level Admin tool.
Under 'Tool Settings', click Budget.
Click the Project Status Snapshots tab.
Click Financial Periods in the left menu.
In the Financial Periods table, click the caret 
icon next to a financial year to expand its list of financial periods.
Click the Status drop-down list for the specific period you want to update.
Select Open or Closed to set the desired status for the period.
Financial period statuses roll up automatically to their parent categories:
Setting at least one period within a financial year to Open automatically updates the status of the entire financial year (e.g., FY 2026) and its parent group (e.g., Active) to Open.
The financial year and parent group status will only display as Closed when all child periods within that year are set to Closed.
