Configure Administrative Settings: Company Admin

Background

The sidebar in the Company level Admin tool provides your Procore Administrator with the ability to manage a wide variety of configuration settings for your company's Procore account. Administrators can also configure various project and tool settings.

  • Account Information: View Account Information.

  • App Management: Manage Apps.

  • Certification Analytics: View Certification Analytics.

  • Classifications: Add a Classification.

  • Expense Allocations: Create a New Expense Allocation.

  • General Settings:

    • Add, Edit, or Delete Office Locations.

    • Upload or Remove Company and Office Logos.

    • Configure Company Settings and Update EIN.

    • Enable Avatars and Participation in Procore User Surveys.

  • Root Cause Analysis: Add, Edit, or Delete Root Cause Analysis Fields.

  • Security Settings: Configure Custom SSO, MFA, and Secure File Access.

  • Service Accounts: Create, Modify, Delete, or Reset Client Secrets for Service Accounts.

  • Single Sign On Configuration: Configure Single Sign-On in the Company Admin Tool.

  • Trades: Add a Custom Trade.

  • Unit of Measure Master List: Add a Unit of Measure to the Master List.

  • Webhooks: Configure Company Webhooks.

  • Work Breakdown Structure: Create Your Company's WBS. (For more details, see the Company Administration Guide).
