Add a User to Projects in Your Company's Procore Account

  • Avant d’ajouter un utilisateur existant à tous les projets du compte Procore de votre entreprise, assurez-vous qu’un modèle d’autorisation de projet approprié est disponible. Voir Créer un modèle d’autorisation de projet.

  • Lorsqu’il est ajouté à un projet, l’utilisateur est automatiquement ajouté à l’annuaire du projet correspondant. Si un projet n’a pas d’annuaire, les utilisateurs ne sont pas ajoutés au projet.

  • Lors de l’ajout à des projets à partir de l’affichage de leur profil :

    • Vous pouvez effectuer une recherche par nom, numéro ou adresse de projet.

    • 100 projets se chargent par page et vous pouvez sélectionner des projets sur plusieurs pages.

Add a User to Projects from Viewing their Profile

  1. Navigate to the Company level Directory tool.

  2. Click Users.

  3. Click View next to the name of the user you want to add to one or more projects.

  4. Click the Projects tab.

  5. Click Edit Projects.

  6. Optional: Search for projects by project name, number, address, city, state, zip, and phone number.

  7. Optional: Click More Filters and select filters relating to the projects. Then click Apply.

  8. Update project assignments:

    • Add to All Projects

      1. Click Add to All Projects.

      2. Select the project permission template to be applied to the selected projects.

      3. Optional: Select the Project Role.

      4. Select which projects to assign:

        • Active Projects

        • Inactive Projects

        • All Project

    • Bulk Update Project Assignments

      1. Mark the checkboxes for the projects.

      2. Click Edit.

      3. Under 'Project Assignment', select Add.

      4. Optional: Select the Project Role.

      5. Select the Project Permission Template.

      6. Click Apply.

    • Update a Single Project Assignment

      1. Click the field under the 'Project Assignment' column and select Add.

      2. Click the field under 'Project Role' column and select their Project Role.

      3. Click the the field under the 'Project Permission Template' column and select their Project Permission Template.

  9. Click Next.

  10. Review the changes, then click Save.
    Note: Click Undo to remove an unwanted change before clicking save.

Add a User to Projects from Editing their Profile

  1. Navigate to the Company level Directory tool.

  2. Click Users.

  3. Click Edit next to the name of the user.

  4. Optional: Update any profile information.

  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save and Manage Projects.

  6. Optional: Search for projects by project name, number, address, city, state, zip, and phone number.

  7. Optional: Click More Filters and select filters relating to the projects. Then click Apply.

  8. Update project assignments:

    • Add to All Projects

      1. Click Add to All Projects.

      2. Select the project permission template to be applied to the selected projects.

      3. Optional: Select the Project Role.

      4. Select which projects to assign:

        • Active Projects

        • Inactive Projects

        • All Projects

    • Bulk Update Project Assignments

      3. Click the the field under the 'Project Permission Template' column and select their Project Permission Template.

  9. Click Next.

  10. Review the changes, then click Save.
    Note: Click Undo or Back to remove an unwanted change before clicking save.
