All inspection line items must already be contained within the same inspection section as the Parent Item to add them as'Child Item.

Steps
Assign a Company Level Template to one or more Projects
Navigate to the Company level Inspections tool.
Locate the template within the list view and navigate to the Assigned Projects column.
Click Projects.
Click Select All to assign the template to all your projects or you can individually mark the checkboxes of the projects you want to apply the template to.
Note
If you select five or less projects, the templates will sync automatically. However, if you select more than five projects, then you will receive an email when the templates have finished being applied to all of your projects.
The ability to import templates directly from within your project is still available.
Click Update.
Remove a Company Level Template From one or more Projects
Navigate to the Company level Inspections tool.
Locate the template within the list view and navigate to the Assigned Projects column.
Click Projects.
Unmark the checkboxes next to the projects you would like to remove the template from.
Click Update.
