Please be aware of the following limitations:
You can assign only one (1) compliance template to each Procore project. However, your company can create as many templates as needed in the Company Admin tool.
Template assignments only affect new commitments. You can change the compliance template assigned to a project at any time. However, the new template assignment only affects new commitments. If the project has existing commitments, the template applied to those commitments remains unchanged.
You can choose whether to apply requirements to all active Commitments and Invoices OR to new Commitments and Invoices created after a specific date.
If you choose to apply the requirement to “All Active” commitments or invoices, the required Compliance Document will be created on an existing commitment or invoice the next time an invoice is created or edited on that commitment or the commitment is edited.
If you modify a templated requirement’s Document Type or Document Name after that requirement has already created a Compliance Document on a Commitment or Invoice, the existing Compliance Document will not be updated to reflect the new Document Type or Name.
If you modify a templated requirement’s Criteria, existing Compliance Documents that may no longer meet the criteria will not be automatically deleted and will still be listed in the Compliance tab of Commitments and Invoices as either Compliant or Not Compliant.
If you delete a templated requirement, existing Compliance Documents will not be automatically deleted and will still be listed in the Compliance tab of Commitments and Invoices as either Compliant or Not Compliant.
