Considerations

  • Template Bundling: Sworn statements must still be bundled into the subcontractor waiver template.

  • Data Sourcing: Table data continues to pull automatically from the subtier data collected during invoicing.

  • Table Customization: The foundational sworn statement tables themselves remain non-customizable.

For Sworn Statements, there are three distinct styling options to choose from:

Three sworn statement tables: Chicago Title-style, Michigan-style, and Generic, showing subcontractor payment details for Phu's Fantastic Plumbing.

1. Chicago Title Style

  • Layout: Features Subcontractor data in the "Totals" row, with derived subcontractor data populated in Row 1.

  • Headings: Features updated, modernized headings.

  • Special Columns: Includes two new columns for Laborer Wages and Laborer Fringe Benefits.

Note: These columns do not auto-populate.

2. Michigan Style

  • Layout: Displays subtier data only.

  • Headings: Features updated headings tailored to regional standards.

3. Generic Style

  • Layout: Displays subtier data only.

  • Headings: Features clean, updated standard headings.
