The Dynamic Submittal Plan (DSP) optimizes submittal timelines by calculating submission and approval deadlines backward from a project milestone. Within the plan, the Submit-By Date and Final Due Date update dynamically whenever internal variables—such as lead times, review cycle durations, or buffer times—are modified, ensuring workflow targets stay aligned with material delivery needs.
