About Multi-Currency + ERP

Overview

Enabling multicurrency in Procore makes it possible to sync the following financial tools with the currency ISO code:

  • Prime Contracts/PCCO

  • Owner Invoices

  • Commitments/CCOs

  • Subinvoices

  • Direct Cost

Note: each connector has different sync support on the objects above. Please refer to each specific connector’s Data Mapping page for more information

Procore will not sync project currency at this time. After syncing your project with ERP, please ensure that the currency in both Procore and ERP are the same.

Features

  • Company Currency. When Company multi-currency is enabled, you will set your Procore company’s base currency. This typically matches the base currency of your company in your ERP. Please note that this is not entity specific.

  • Project Currency. At each specific project level, you can also set the base currency of the project in Procore which will determine the conversion of all downstream transactions. For connectors that have multi-entity or multi-company support, please ensure your Procore project’s currency is the same as the assigned base currency you are syncing this project to.
i.e. Project 1 currency is synced to the Canada entity in ERP. In Procore, the project currency should be set to CAD

  • Financial Object Currency. When Object Currency is enabled, Procore will begin to validate the transaction sync with ERP against the active currencies in your project currency list.
